I am Rebecca LaPointe, Artist and Photographer behind Moxie Wisdom.  I have spent the last several years creating a style that brings life and whimsy to my pieces.  I am formally trained as a photographer and those skills influence my use of other mediums throughout creative journey to bring you memorable and lovable portraits. 

While today today I work in many mediums, you’ll see my work displayed here is in mixed media. My creations are all from recycled materials and many inspired by my home here in the Pacific North West.  Not only will you fall in love with your personalized critter you know that you are helping to keep the materials from the landfills. 

In addition to wildlife I create pet portraits memorializing, celebrating, and honoring the furry, scaly, feathered, and sometimes very unique creatures her clients call family. The ability to capture a pet’s spirit and personality for the family that loved them is the greatest of honors.
